We currently do not use non-essential cookies or advertising pixels on the Site. Essential cookies may be used for core functions (e.g., security/session). If we add analytics or ads later, we’ll update this Policy and, where required, request consent.

Email-only tracking: Newsletters may include standard pixels to measure delivery/open/click performance; unsubscribe to stop these or disable images in your email client.

If you use our chat widget, we process your messages and contact details to reply. We avoid third-party embeds by default.

We share personal data only with:

• Service providers (website platform/hosting/security, email delivery via Google Workspace, cloud storage, recruiting tools) acting under our instructions;

• Legal/rights protection when required by law or to protect security and safety;

• Business transfers (e.g., merger/acquisition) with appropriate safeguards.
  We do not sell personal information. We also do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. 

Because we operate from the U.S. and India and use global service providers, your data may be transferred internationally. Where required (e.g., for EEA/UK residents), we use lawful transfer mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses and additional measures as appropriate.

We keep data only as long as needed, then delete or anonymize:

• Leads/inquiries: 24 months after last contact

• Email/newsletter contacts: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent (we keep a minimal record of your opt-out to honor it)

• Contracts/invoices (if any are generated offsite): 7 years

• Diagnostics/analytics (if enabled in future): tool default (typically ~26 months)

We use appropriate safeguards, including encryption in transit, least-privilege access controls, and multi-factor authentication for admin accounts. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

Depending on your location, you may request to access, correct, delete, object/opt-out (including marketing), restrict, port, or withdraw consent.

• EEA/UK: GDPR/UK GDPR rights; you may contact your local data protection authority. We currently do not appoint an EU/UK representative; if obligations change, we’ll update this section.

• United States (state laws such as CA/CO/CT/VA/UT): rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of sale/share/targeted ads (we don’t sell/share, but we still provide a footer link for requests).

• Other regions (e.g., Brazil/Canada): similar rights may apply.

We honor browser “Do Not Track” (DNT) by limiting non-essential tracking (and we do not run analytics/ads on the Site). If we enable analytics/ads later, we’ll continue to respect DNT and offer controls.

Our Site is not directed to children under 13 (or higher age where local law applies). If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy as our practices change. We’ll post a new “Effective date” for material changes.
