By accessing or using this website (the “Kubuni Site”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

• You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You must not attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site, or use it to send spam, malware, or unlawful content.

• You represent that you are at least 13 years old (or older where local law requires).

We do not offer user accounts or a members area at this time. If we add accounts later, additional terms will apply.

When you send us messages, upload files (e.g., references for a project), or submit a résumé/portfolio:
 

• You confirm the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

• Do not submit confidential or proprietary information you expect us to keep as a trade secret unless we’ve signed a separate NDA.

• Unsolicited ideas (e.g., concepts, pitches) may be used for evaluation only; we don’t assume obligations unless a separate written agreement is executed.

Our contact/project forms may include an optional newsletter opt-in. If you opt in, we’ll send occasional Kubuni updates; you can unsubscribe at any time. Operational or service-related messages may still be sent when necessary.

• All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, images, video, code, and layout—is owned by or licensed to Kubuni and protected by applicable IP laws.

• You may view the Site for personal or internal business use only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or derivative use requires our prior written consent.

• Third-party trademarks or works shown in portfolio items remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed for identification or descriptive purposes.

The Site may reference third-party services (e.g., chat widget) or link to external sites. We are not responsible for those sites or services, their content, or their policies.

• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

• No waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision isn’t a waiver of our right to do so later.

• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them as part of a corporate transaction or reorganization.
